Would you like to participate at the Mad Glitter Tumbler Extravaganza as a Vendor? It's easy to apply. Here are a few details you need to know first.

 

When: October 3-6, 2024
Where:

Florida Hotel & Conference Ctr.

1500 Sand Lake Rd.

Orlando, Florida 32809

 

Booth Size:

12’ x 12’, One (1) table and chair provided. You may bring additional tables, shelving, racks, standalone signs, etc. If you bring additional tables, they must fit within the allotted booth space. In addition, tables coverings must be floor length.

Booth Fee:

Space fee is $250 (non-refundable) for the entire weekend. Fee is due with application. There is a Vender participation limit; therefore, submit your application soon. 

Electrical:   

There are outlets along the outer walls available for you to use at no charge.

Set-up: 

Only one vendor per booth; no sharing of the booth.

All boxes and inventory are required to be stored out of sight. Mad Glitter will have a storage area that may be available to vendors.

The public is also invited to attend the vendor area. Please always have someone at your booth.

 
  Booth assignments will be determined just prior to the Event.
   

Vendors may set up on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, after 7pm. 

   

Vendors may NOT place anything on the walls. No pins, nails, tacks, tape or other adhesives will be allowed.

   

You can display your professionally printed business sign on the table or display stand.

   

All boxes and inventory are required to be stored out of sight. Mad Glitter will have a storage area that may be available to vendors.

 Tear-down:  The event ends on Sunday, October 6, 2024.
   

Please do not tear your booth down until after 10am. This will allow everyone to do their final shopping.

   

Dismantling of the booth must be completed and the room empty by 2pm.

 Donations:  

If you would like to donate a door prize, you are welcome to do so. Door prizes will be given away throughout the event.

   

You may also include giveaways at your booth (drawings). This is encouraged to draw all shoppers to your booth.

Refunds:  No refunds will be given for any reason. Please have a backup plan in place or have someone fill in should an emergency arise.
